Reporting and Client Services
Our reporting and client services team completes the patient care and client relationship through diligent integration of the technical and professional components of the electronic medical record and our patient centric database. The team continuously reconciles essential patient information, patient medical billing status and patient outcome with each client.
Erica is part of the RTNA Client Liaison and Reporting team. By day, you can find her assisting clients with questions to ensure their RTNA experiences are the best possible. After one year with RTNA, the most rewarding aspect of her role is being part of a team that shares ideas and gives informative feedback. While being a Client Liaison is her primary job function, outside of the office, Erica enjoys spending time with family and making memories with her daughters.
Tiffany is a client liaison at RTNA and loves helping her team and clients be successful. She has spent a majority of her career in the Medicare field, gaining experiences in areas such as claims processing, customer service, and gaining an overall knowledge of Medicare Part B policies and procedures. By day, you can find Tiffany at RTNA and in her off time she enjoys spending time with her family and being in the outdoors.
Ashley loves being a trusted resource for clients. As a member of RTNA’s client liaison team, Ashley has spent the past 6 years building on her experience in customer service and patient records. Outside of the office, you can find Ashley camping and spending time with her family.
Jessica has worked in the IONM industry for five years, gaining experience in IONM reporting, customer service, and client relations. As a seasoned member of the RTNA Client Liaison and Reporting team, she is passionate about advancing client experiences and seamlessly assisting clients with day to day needs. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends.
