Licensing and Credentialing

Our licensing and credentialing team ensure state licenses and hospital privileges do not lapse and applications are completed in a timely manner. Across all 18 physicians, we have licenses in 50 states (plus the District of Columbia) and hundreds of hospital affiliations.


Susan Brummett

For Susan, the most rewarding part of her job is knowing that she is helping complete a business critical process; assisting physicians in obtaining hospital credentials and privileges. As an RTNA licensing and credentialing specialist, Susan loves problem-solving and the variety of her day to day work. In her free time, Susan enjoys traveling and visiting her family.

Stacey Cagle

Stacey has spent the majority of her career in the medical billing and accounts receivable fields, gaining experiences in areas such as maximizing patient satisfaction and company profitability. As a licensing and credentialing specialist at RTNA, Stacey loves completing client tasks and problem-solving. She entered the healthcare field to fuel her passion for independent work mixed with teamwork hustle. While being a licensing and credentialing is her primary job function by day, outside of the office she enjoys time with family and friends and home decorating.

Lonnie Hailey

Lonnie has spent the past three years in the healthcare field gaining experiences in areas such as department training, credentialing and administrative work. As part of the RTNA licensing and credentialing team, Lonnie loves helping people get things accomplished and working hard so the department can run efficiently. The most rewarding part of his job is getting the “Thank you” after helping get things done or being able to take on extra responsibility when needed. Lonnie lives in Nashville with his husband and two cats, Ryman and June Carter Cash.

Desiree McMurry

When it comes down to it, Desiree loves helping people. As part of the RTNA licensing and credentialing team, Desiree works to help our physicians obtain new hospital privileges and state licensing. She has spent the majority of her career in the healthcare field, gaining experiences in areas such as insurance verification, billing, and insurance claim processing. While licensing and credentialing are Desiree’s primary job functions by day, outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling. 

Deborah Rankin

Deborah finds the joy in her work from being part of a team that helps make a difference in other’s lives while positively impacting the future. She has spent the majority of her career in the customer service field, gaining experiences in industries including medical, legal and transportation. While licensing and credentialing is her primary job by day, Deborah enjoys hiking, being outdoors and spending fun times with family and friends. Deborah’s daily motto is to enjoy each day to the fullest!

 

David Saycocie

David began his career in the healthcare field working on projects in areas such as credentialing, provider enrollment, and process improvement. Currently, working with the RTNA licensing and credentialing team, David is known for his focus on getting new state medical licenses processed and approved for RTNA physicians. By day you can find David being the team’s encourager and during his off time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, hanging out with friends, learning new things and applying it to his professional and personal life.

 

Amanda Smith

Amanda is an experienced member of RTNA’s licensing and credentialing team. Driven by quality patient care, she takes pride in completing challenging licensing or credentialing tasks that allow our physicians to work in hospitals. Amanda has spent the majority of her career in the medical field, gaining experiences in areas such as patient care and practice management. In her off time, Amanda loves to take advantage of Nashville’s music scene, hiking, and learning about photography.

Tracy Wood

Tracy has spent the majority of her career in the healthcare field, gaining experiences in areas such as customer service, insurance verifications, and both facility and physician licensing and credentialing. For Tracy, the most rewarding part of being on the RTNA licensing and credentialing team is getting to investigate, problem solve and figure out the tricky answers that may at first appear as elusive. In her free time, Tracy enjoys cycling, reading, listening to country music, Predators hockey, and spending time with her two little dogs.
